Hey!
Caitlin here and I am very new to this set up. I used to keep my food journal in a notebook but this is so much better! I hope my weight loss happens this year (again--I keep gaining and losing). I hope this is the year!!

I used to do the same - keeping the food journal - I'm hoping that this is much easier with the database - once I figure it all out!!!! Just some patience and hopefully we'll both see some success!0 -
