Burned off the extra calories from being over.

I was 257 over my goal..included the extra exercise I put in and I was STILL over. Me being tired, and sore from earlier I put on my headphones and went up and down my steps for 25 minutes. So its a mini success here. :happy:

    Yes. I love the steps and 25 minutes was so easy! I remember the first time doing 10 minutes of it made me feel like quittin' losing weight has made me feel stronger, and more energetic!
