Exercises while cooking Great Food!!!

I decided that I needed a little more excercise today so while I was cooking my Turkey franks for supper I did calf raises 2 reps of 25 on each foot & side standing ab crunches 5 reps of 10 on each side!!! I did these all while turning and waiting on my Turkey Franks to cook! Then when my food was ready I was so proud I had put the cooking wait time to GREAT use!!! I am gonna start incorporating this kind of excercises through out my entire day!!!!!!!!!!! Just a thought !!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Ooh, good idea! One of my favorite ways to sneak exercises in is to rough house with my son who loves to be swung around and tossed into the air. Lol, I know my arms certainly feel as if I've had a workout!

    I agree kids can be the best workout ever!!!!!!!!!! That is why I have to sneak excercises in while cooking because my day is so full with 3 kids I have to get it in when I can!
