What should I do?

When I get into a argument or if I'm upset I tend to eat......how can I change that behavior? any suggestion??

    When you find yourself turning to food, drink a large glass of water instead. Then you might decide you really don't want any, plus you'll be hydrating.

    Or find a different outlet. If you're upset, log on to mfp, and post about it. Or turn on some music, and relax for a minute or two. If you're at home, do a quick 15 minute workout instead - burn off the frustrations AND some calories.

    i used to do that now i clean or go for a long walk with my phone turned off!
