Up to November things were going great - was well on the way to my goal then the wheels started to go off the wagon:
Tips to aviod
1) I started to neglect my daily diary and would fill it in a week in arrears - this lead to me starting to slide down the rocky road
2) I kept thinking that I would start again next week
3) I allowed myself consume more alchol more regularly because I was not tracking it - this led to more savory sancks being consumed
4) By the December had started - I said I would get back into the swing of it in the new year - so here I am up nearly where I started from.
Hopefully am back on track now

2 days after and am back on track. Gonna set some goals for mid February. Have to keep on the wagon this time !0
