cardio at 5:00 a.m. Strength at 8:00 p.m. works good.0

I think two a day workouts are GREAT. However, your body can get burnt out very quickly. Ideally, you will split up your cardio and strength training so that you can have ample energy for both training sessions.0

I agree with Brooke 88
make sure you don't overtrain for your calories
give yourself recovery time0 -
I was thinking maybe two bouts of cardio ??0

I try to do stairs for 10-15 minutes 2-3 times/day (just something quick to get my heart pumping a little bit and a little cardio in) and then GM 30 Day Shred when I get home from work around 7. I haven't lost a ton of weight (then again, it's only been like 5 days...) but already am noticing better tone and slightly loser clothes...0

Depends on the length and intensity of cardio.... when I took dance classes, I would dance for 1 hour and walk the dog 2-3 miles most days. When I visit home, I do 30 minutes aerobics in the morning and take a long walk later. This all worked for me and made me lose weight, even when I didn't mean to.
HOWEVER, if it comes down to a choice between 2 bouts of cardio and 1 bout of strength training + cardio, go for the latter. Cardio is a good quick-fix for calories, but strength training is better for permanent fat loss.0 -
I just started training for a 5k (similar program to Couch to 5K) and some days I work out 2x's. I do my walk/run in the morning at about 5am. Depending on the day, I will hit the gym for either yoga/strength training/Zumba - this is usually during my lunch break 11am.0

I'm training for a 5k as well. At 4:30 am I'm at the gym getting my treadmill work in. At night I either do hip hop abs full body burn or play one of my kinect games.0

i find that doing something gentle in the morning like a 10 minute yoga or pilates session really helps me to feel boosted the whole day and gives me that extra little burst of energy to tackle my cardio exercises after work when i'd rather just sit down on the couch and watch "what not to wear"
hope this helps.

Some days i go 2xs, ill go an hour before work in the am like 630 then an hour after work 6pm. I find that working out before work gives me more energy and then if im too tired after work i know i already got my workout in. I will do 2 x/s of cardio in the morning i will do 45 min of eliptical and then in the evening ill do like 30 min eliptical and then stregnth train0

I do 30 minutes of yoga as soon as I roll out of bed. I've done this even before I started exercising. It really helps me wake up and puts me in the mood for my am workout and then I try to get in a pm at least 3 times a week. I've just started this routine so I hope I can hold up, but I do know that the am yoga is a great way to jump start your day.0
