So I know the more you workout and calories burned the more you can eat. I have been staying under my caloriie goal but i still cant completely understand the whole eat your excercize cals? Are you suppose to eat the cals you burned at the gym and why? I would think that would just make the workout pointless if you ate the calories you just burned. And when I do eat it is healthy food not crap, but just wondering am I suppose to eat my cals back b/c I seem so hungry after working out

Here is the down-low: It is important to eat your 1200 calories per day minimum.....your body needs those to sustain itself. When and if you exercise ....for example....you do Tae Bo for 30 minutes and burn 375 calories....you should eat at least half or all of those calories.....so in reality that day you since you did the Tae Bo you would be entititled to eat 1575 calories.....
It is important to eat because if not your body goes into starvation mode and then you won't lose weight.... your body need fuel to function and the more you use it the more you need.
I hope this helps !0 -
