Diary of a Compulsive Overeater - Day 43 - bring on the mush

so, i didn't think i would be up to blogging, but i am feeling pretty good... and majorly awake.. so here goes. yesterday, i was starving!!! but being a good girl i still managed to eat. here is how it broke down.
breakfast:
nothing
lunch:
nothing
snack:
1 medium frosty. best thing i have had in my life.
supper:
1.5 cups of mushroom soup
1.5 cups of ice cream
snack: 1 pudding
1 am snack: 1 pudding
4 am snack: 1 pudding
so, ya... LOL gotta love the mush. i actually do have a plan for today...mush n all
breakfast:
2 cups cream of wheat
1-2 cups skim milk, made all runny
1tbsp brown sugar
snack:
1 pudding
1 apple sauce
lunch:
1 cup mushroom soup
1.5 cups of ice cream
snack:
5 digestive cookies, soggified in 1.5 cups skim milk
1 cup of chicken broth
supper:
2 cups of instant mashed potatoes
snack:
1 pudding
1 apple sauce
so, with this i'm trying to get in as much calories without actually eating... so full fat ice crea, full fat pudding, etc, i'm hoping i can get at least some sleep this afternoon as i was awake all night, but i'll keep you all posted. have a good one!

Good job but i think your hugary cuz ur not eattin any solid foods..(I HOPE U FEEL BETTER).. whats up with that.. I guess if u like it then its all good but it just looks as if your not enjoying your food.. YOU should enjoy your food.... Thats just my opinion...good work though... and so you know... i eat icecream of some sort everyday..... and still stay in my boundries and get all my nutrients in.....HOPE everything else is good...:bigsmile: I know its crappy when u dont feel good...:flowerforyou:0

ugh! i hear you with the mush - i was just sick for the past 2 weeks with this GI virus. it was horrible!!! I am so loving on the solid foods these days! haha0
