Where has my motivation and drive gone ? :(

This doesn't happen very often, i have been doing really well for a while now and i dont know why but i have woken up this morning with no enthusiasm, drive or motivation .....:( it might have to do with the weight gain this morning on the scale which i know could well be muscle as i have upped my weight training alot this last week. but i'm still unsure and this makes me upset....im just feeling a little bleh and dont even wanna go to the gym :S
Also im starting to worry about over training?? i run a lot (about 7miles 5-6 days a week) and now i'm starting to worry if this is a bad thing. i have noticed my sleep isn't as sound as it used to be.( this might also be due to the recent travels back and forth from england back to the americas. i wake up at exactly about 6 hours after sleeping and cant go back into full sleep.
I just need some motivation to get back on my horse ....:|

It's just one day, don't let it get you down. Maybe you need to take a day to yourself, allow yourself to relax and get back to your schedule.
And I don't really know a whole lot about running and how much is too much, but if you FEEL as though you're over-training, then you should consider changing it up.
Hah, sorry I can't really be of any help But you'll be fine, I've always found your news feed pretty motivating0
