Hello from another new member!

Hi All
Just wanted to come on and say hi!
I have been wanting to lose weight for so long now, but instead of doing that i put it on instead! I have had no motivation to do it at all. So i have decided to lose weight for charity! It seems to be spuring me on as i know with people donating i cant just give up, although i have only been at it for 2 days :S
I need to lose around 100lbs all together, but i have set myself my first mini target of 1 stone by my birthday in late March, fingers crossed i can get there.
I am going to read through the motivational stories soon and hopefully it will give me an extra boost!
