Gait analysis and professionally fitted shoes

Hi

I have just come back from having a gait analysis check and getting some new running shoes professionally fitted! Never having done this before I was not sure what to expect but wow I have learned stuff about my gait and feet that I never knew!

I have severe nerve damage to my right foot and in constant pain and have been for 12 years. The trainers I have bought make me completely pain free and bring my whole lower body back into alignment when I walk!!

It was absolutely amazing and I cannot tell you the huge difference between the trainers in my gym bag to the ones I now possess.

I cannot wait to try them out at the gym tomorrow and if I come out pain free I will be delighted!!

You really should consider trying this out, I wish I had done it years ago!

    Just Run in Eastleigh, opposite Tesco.

    They certainly know what they were talking about and I was expecting to pay over £100 and they were £77!!
