This is a book-based workout, author is Lou Schuler
I started following this workout at the end of last year. Right now I'm working my way through stage 3. I still can't get over the definition I am developing in my arms shoulders and back! This workout kicks my butt, but it is definitely worth it!
Any women out there looking to start strength training should give it a read.

Excellent book - forget the old myths about lifting, everything you think you know is wrong!
