Hi all, I have been on the site for a little over a week, havent smoked in 11 days and have already lost a fair amount of weight! I am 6'1 and started at 309 lbs. I am already down to 291. I believe the first 10 lbs was all water weight. I would really like to get down to 240 lbs. My goal is 2 lbs per week. I am watching what I eat very closely and training at my gym 3 days a week. My main motivation is my wife. She is teeny tiny and at this pace she will probably outlive me by 30 years. I am here to become as healthy as possible so I can spend as much time with her as I possibly can! Wish me luck and feel free to add me as a friend, I can use the support :-)
