I've been struggling to lose weight since my 5-year-old was born. This past Christmas, my husband gave me an iPod, and I went to find some free apps. The MyFitnessPal app was on it, and I decided to try it out. It has been SO helpful and I'm glad I found it! I started losing weight two days after Christmas, and I've already lost 6 pounds. All I'm doing is exercising 5-6 days a week for an hour and cutting calories by making healthy food choices (most of the time!), and I feel like it's so much easier than it's been before. I'm really looking forward to losing the rest of the weight using this site. I started out with an extra seven pounds for each of my five kids, and I'm well on my way to shedding each of those five increments away forever!
