My Pledge

MPF Friends:
Today I pledge to you:
1. No fried foods. Not even a nibble at happy hour.
2. I will stick to 1200 cals a day
3. I will work out 5-6 times a week and burn a minimum of 300 cals at each workout.
4. I will lose my weight by my birthday (6 weeks from now)
5. No more alcohol. Not even 1 glass of wine with dinner or a vodka tonic.
6. I will stay 100% focused and committed to my goal of getting back to my sophomore year of high school weight.
7. I'll cut out as much sugar out of my diet as possible, limiting deserts to special occasions.
I'm leaving for vacation today, but I will try my best to report in to everyone ever night before I go to bed and let you know how I'm doing on my pledge. (I hope that making these public will make me feel more accountable, so don't feel like you have to read these posts)
