Hey everyone...just wanted to say hello. I'm new to my fitness pal. Been doing it for about a week now and I love this site. I am trying really hard to track everything I eat and my activity as well. I would greatly appreciate any motivation and tips too. My current weight is 210 and my goal is 150. Hope I get there!! :)
