If I work out twice a day doing sit up on my ab lounger and doing side leg raises what do I put it under Cardiovascular or Strength Training? Or do I put it under both?

You do but most likely not as many as you assume. I lift heave for an hour straight and only list about 300 calories burned.
  • I figured this out earlier today. There is a strength training entry you can put under cardio to record the calories burned. You can also list it under Strength training to keep track of the types of exercise done, reps and weights.

Also, strength training has a residual burn, where cardio is more of an instant burn. With weights and strength training, your muscles will burn calories for a longer period of time. Its best to use a decent HRM to figure out exactly how to record the calories burned for this.
  • Thanks everyone for your input. :)
