I'm at my desk eating a Weight Watchers Smart Ones with an apple and a cheese stick for lunch and I have the desire to get away from the processed foods. I like the Smart Ones because it's portioned out for you but I would like to try something fresher.

What are you eating at your desk at lunchtime?

For some weird reason, I had a dream last night about a spinach salad with strawberries, walnuts, goat cheese and some raspberry vinaigrette, so that is what I'm making for lunch today! Kind of sad when even my dreams are about healthy food...

I'm going to have leftovers from last night.

Whole wheat spaghetti with shrimp, basil and tomatoes.

I'm actually kind of excited for this.

For some reason I'm on a wrap trip for lunch:laugh: whole grain flatbread or wrap, lean lunchmeat like turkey, ham or roast beef, some cheese ( I like ham with swiss, cheddar with turkey) and a nice salad on the side. My favorite is steak um wraps( steak um, mushrooms, 3 pepper blend and cheese) but they are not that easy to transport for lunch.
    Hope that helps:flowerforyou:

Take some chicken and grill it up in advance then cube it and stick it in the freezer. add a portion of your grilled chicken to some veg in a steamer bag and pop it in the micro at lunch. Yummy filling, fresh, and good for you.

I had tuna on whole wheat double fiber bread with tomatoes and a side salad with vinegar, oil, and splenda. Of course, a ton of water with it too!
