Forgive me, I'm new to this.

I hear people say that this site is so great because you can customize your food diary settings to fit your needs. How do I find out what my needs are, exactly, to reach my goal?

This talk about carbs, protein, etc etc has got my head spinning!

    I finally figured it out! On your home page go to --goals then customize!
