Hi everyone, I'm new to the site, been tracking for only about a week now. I have a question about why the protein section of the food tracker is so little? I was taught to eat a protein with a complex carb at every meal/snack to help with hunger - it works, but I seem to be going over the protein allotment every day?
Any thoughts or advice or solutions? Thanks!!

I also have that issue. You can go into goals and check custom. Then bump up the protein it will adjust all the rest and you can leave the cals and such the same. Happy Protein Hunting!0

Protein builds muscle so I never worry about it being to high just too low. If you do any resistance training then you want your protein.0

I go over on protein and fiber every day and I am okay with that. I am more nervous about going over on carbs, sodium and fat. That's just the way my body is - sodium makes me bloated and too many carbs makes my weight loss slow.0
