Thought I'd share my new-found discoveries
So today I rediscovered almonds..needless to say, they're amazing! But I decided to make my own little trail mix. It consisted of:
-1 100 calorie pack of Blue Diamond Almonds
-1 mini snack of Sun-Maid Raisins
-1 Tablespoon of Unsweetended Carob baking chips
This was the perfect size for a little afternoon snack! (Plus helped with my sweet tooth
)
For my dessert last night..Now I'm normally not a dessert person, even if it's within my calorie goal I still usually feel guilty, but last night I just couldn't resist. It consisted of
-1 Deep Chocolate VitaTop Muffin
-1 Jell-O Sugar Free Banana Fudge Pudding cup
I cut the VitaTop Muffin in half ( I left mine cold, so it was more like an ice cream sandwich) and spread as much of the pudding as I could on one side, then put the two sides together. There was about half of the pudding snack left, so I just ate it, but you could save it for another time. This was one of the most delicious desserts I have had recently! Definately worth a try!
