Question on Carbs..?

I am hoping for some advise
I have gone over on my carbs goal every day since i started a few days ago.
- Is it such a bad thing if most of the carbs are good carbs (soy and linseed bread etc)?
- What do YOU do to help keep the carb intake down?
I have been suffering from IBS since i was 14 - so my body needs these good, low gi carbs. Or should I still be reducing the amount of carbs, but continue to choose the good ones?
Any advise or ideas? Thanks

Your body can only use a certain amount of carbs at one time. If you consume more than the body can use, they get stored as fat.
You definitely want to watch your carbs. MFP's carb goal is high as it is. Try eating some high protein foods instead.0
