Hey!
I'm trying to stock up my kitchen with healthy foods and ingredients. I haven't lived in America in 5 years, so cooking here is a bit new to me all over again and am not really sure what ot load up on.
So, I'm curious--what are some ingredients that you can't live without? Staples for a healthy diet?

- Hummus & whole wheat crackers or whole wheat pita bread (lately I love the crackers though!) -- the lower calorie option would be to dip carrots or celery in the hummus

I also use Agave Nectar (it's not a calorie free sweetner but it is more glycemic friendly and I use less). Salsa is great to keep around too!0 -
