just wanted to say hello to all of you with the same goal in getting fit 
first time user and had my workout buddies join. im the only boy of my group of 7 . wish my team luck in reaching our goals as well to all of you! we starting a week of P90x but will transfer to the INSANITY program. so lets see how this goes! :happy:
