Kettlebells

I picked up a three pack of kettlebells yesterday (one 5 lb, 10 lb, and 15lb) I watched the video that came with it and checked out some videos on line as well.

My questions are what are your favorite kettlebell workouts? Any video you watch online? How offten a week do you do your kettle bell workout? Also what do you log it under?

I am really excited to get into it more. I think its going to be a great new tool addition to my fitness plan.

    They are great! I watched a lot of youtube videos for technique. I initially tried Jillian Micheals video and really hurt my elbow due to poor technique. But, it torches calories so it's worth learning!

    i love my kettlebell. i bought one that came with a video from walmart. i also printed off a workout from womenshealthmag.com i do mine everyday. but, i do a small weight & only a 10 minute workout. i log it under cardio bc it burns so many cals - much more than just basic weights. have fun!!!!
