I am fat, and not with a "p"

Hello!
I am Julia.
I am 5'4 and 160lbs.
That weight (^) shall change because I want to loose 30lbs.
When summer comes I do not want to be self conscious in a bikini.
So I joined this website to help myself become fat with a "p"
