I've lost 30 pounds over an 8 month period doing WW and then hit a plateau. I took a break, gained just a few, but am re-dedicating myself. It's not so much about losing weight as it is about being fit--which I'm not! Hoping to find some inspiration and help here.

    Oh, don't worry; you'll find plenty of motivation here! :] That's what this site is all about. Counting calories is a great way to lose weight, and all of us are benefiting from it. I hope you do, too!
