So for months I have been trying to talk myself into getting up BEFORE work and going to the gym. Since I have to be to work at 7am I would need to get up by 445...:noway: ..so not gonna happen. However today I had this idea....I can do a 30min cardio session at home before work. This is where I need your help...the only work out gear I have at home is a pair of 5lb wrist/ankle weights. I was thinking of youtube for a work out video....any suggestions? What works well for you at home? Also keep in mind that the rest of my family doesn't get up till after 7am so I need to be quiet. Thanks for your help :-) You guys are all great!
PS going to the gym after work doesn't work for my family (damn 10hr shifts!!!)

videojug.com has a lot of workout clips of varying lengths. I found them while looking for yoga and pilates routines for my back, but they have tons of stuff there.

This is what I used to do before I had access to an elliptical. It's pretty intense, but definitely gets the job done without anything but yourself! I'm a total novice at this whole working out thing, so it's totally doable.

Hope you find something that works for you!

Zumba is on YouTube. If you have Wii or Kinect, there are tons of games with them, running in place (yes, really), buy a step and do 30 minutes of stepping. Also, ExerciseTV or FiTV have great aerobics workouts. If you have a DVR, you can do 2 half hour shows in about 45 minutes.

Strap on your HRM and go!
