What 2 nutrients do you track on mfp and why?

    You mean aside from the protein/fat/carbs?

    I track cholesterol and saturated fats and pay close attention to carbs as well since I am on a mission to lower my cholesterol and triglycerides levels. I plan on having a much better report come July than I did last year.
