Supplements?

Do you take any meal replacement supplements? If so, what do you take? Do you like them or....do you just take them because they're "healthy" or help with weight loss? I"m curious. I have my own that I LOVE but I want to see what others are taking!

    I use GNC 100% Whey Protein to make shakes to drink after I work out. Sometimes I also use a Mix1 Protein drink as a pre workout drink. I'll also use Balance Bars as a snack/meal replacement.

    I use Shakeology because of all the awesome ingredients in it that are soooo healthy. It is not just good for weight loss, but it gives me energy, reduces my cravings for sugar, and it also gives me so many minerals and vitamins that I just wasn't getting enough of in my regular diet and has eliminated my need for a multivitamin. I hate taking pills anyway. I personally think chocolate Shakeology mixed with almond milk tastes fantastic and I love it!

    I also make a protein shake after I workout because it helps re-energize me and reduces muscle soreness.

    I don't concider these things "weight loss supplements" even though they can technically be used as such. My goals are more than just weight loss, so they just help me both in nutrition and overall well-being.
