Step Aerobics

Does anyone know of a great step aerobics DVD?? I used to take a class at my college rec center, but with my asthma I cannot keep up with it. I wanted to buy a "class" of my own and work at the pace I know that I can without having to deal with a fitness center full of other people watching me struggle (haha). Any suggestions?? I'm not really looking for crazy difficult steps, but I also don't want Grandma teaching me the moves from the 80s.

    I have two videos I currently use. Step Reebok "The moves" with Gin Miller which has easy steps but still gives you a great workout and Beginner Step with Cathe Friedrich I borrowed from a fried that is prety good to. hive these a try at home. I always like doing these at home at my own pace. I sometimes have to stop and rewind to get the moves down with any new video but eventually you get to memorizing the moves and it becomes much better. Good Luck.
