THAT time of the month...

:sad: I hate that time of the month!!!! - Just weighed myself... after WII FIT told me I lost 2 lbs already, and now I am already 5 lbs heavier :(

Does anyone else get "that" bloated around that time of the month? I am thinking I shouldn't weigh when I know I'm about to start, or are near! - Now I am depressed and feel like all the work I am doing is going no where fast.

    yes yes yes... i'm here now...this morning i weighted in and should have lost 2lbs (same as you) and then i went to shower and potty and i went up 3.5lbs.. please please please tell me how that's possible..lol granted it isn't.. cause i didn't eat anything in between.. it's gotta be just cause i'm bloated.. and crampin and wanting something salty...

    But keep up what you are doing.. you aren't alone. I'm sure you're doing a great job! :flowerforyou:

    Yes, step away from the scale at this time of the month! I never go back near it until day at least day 5 of my cycle! Don't worry, those lbs will be gone (and maybe an additional lb or two!).

    :flowerforyou: I'm right there with you Shepatna...literally. I know it's coming up this week, spent an extra 1/2 hour at the gym this morning, trying to keep low on salts, and still feeling gross and yucky. I don't even need the scale to let me know I'm bloated. So I'm guessing I might skip that weigh in for this week, or maybe wait until the other side of the weekend when my mind is a little less negative...:devil: :devil: :devil: :devil:

    i agree i dont weigh myself very often anyhow then i get a nice surprize
    i got really fed up of yo yo wieght loss and gain and decided to give myself a break and only get on every 10 days or so and that is much more rewardin & i find it less stressful
