Now whenever iam eating anything i forget taste i see it as percentage of carbs fat or protein and mentally track calories it helps in keeping you fit and healthy thanks my fitness pal

  • Wow! Good for you! I don't know if I'll ever get to that point. I still loooove food, but I have been good about eating delicious healthy alternatives.
