Okay, I started taking B12, Calcium 600 D and Chromium Piccolinate this past week. Has anyone experienced increased appetite and urination while taking vitamins?

I'm constantly huingry and going to the bathroom every hour. (Not up during the night)

I have found some evidence on the internet that this happens....

I take a daily vitamin and Osteo Bi-flex triple strength for my knees. The rest of my nutrients come from my food, which is better so I'm told. Have those been prescribed?

Is there a reason you are taking those particular vitamins?

Tbh I just take one good multi vitamin, but don't rely on them, I try to get my vitamins from food. Can't imagine, they are a good idea if you are getting any sideeffects.

The only supplement I have ever had a problem with was the Chromium Picolinate. When I took that I was edgy, short to temper, and bloated all the time. From what I read on the net some people can be very sensitive to the Chromium Picolinate. Thru trial and error I have found that I have to avoid the multi vitamins that contain it too. Just to be on the safe side I take a natural multi with minerals and a B complex daily, and a D every other day. Roughly once a week I will take a Potassium Gluconate and an iron tablet.
