Hello all Since starting AdvoCare I lost 16lbs but at a Plateau so decided to step it up and start some excercising saw this page on a friends and decided to try it out!!!

Welcome.. i just started a week ago and i love it... it really helps me be aware of what i am eating and that I have to exercise.. to make a difference.. we can do this together :happy:0
