hi i'm new as you might have guessed. been trying and failing to lose weight after having my two daughters. I'm a chef so i am constantly around food, i work long hours and i am always telling myself that i am too tired to workout and that eating at 10pm will be fine.
so this year i have decided to make a positive change, i am hoping to stick with this and really make an effort. any hints tips and support that anyone here can give me will be greatly appriciated.
so, here i go......................

    Hi there, take it one day at a time. I am loving tis site because it keeps me accountable to my goals and I am always aware of exactly where I am at throughout the day. It takes the guess work out of it- I have been planning what my meals are going to be the day before and it has been working out well - granted it's only been a couple of weeks. Good luck!
