Hi All,

I just wanted to share a discovery I made this week!!

I was hungry ALL the time last week.. even straight after eating.. and I couldnt figure out why.. well i found the solution this week. I was eating right before exercise.. fine.. and straight after i had to go for a shower and go to work. That meant I was waiting 1.5 hours after exercise to eat ( still only 3.5 hrs after eating last) .. I thought that would be fine.. I was wrong!!

This week I ate ( a light lunch of rice cakes and tuna) after my shower within 30 mins of finishing exercise and I havent been sick with hunger at all like I was last week!! Yes, im eating twice in 3 hours.. but if i dont I just cannot stop feeling hungry for the day.

I am quite a hyperactive person and i do eat 5-6 times a day at least every 3/4 hours so maybe it depends on your metabolism etc.

I just wanted to share as it helped me to control my food better this week and keep my blood sugar steady so I dont feel sick with hunger. It worked for me!!!

I also, have noticed that eating before working out and not after is a lost cause! Thanks for the reminder though! Great Job on your weight loss:)

    So true girl!
I eat my breakfast about an hour before my workout to give it time to digest, then immediately following I have my post workout drink (fruit smoothie w/whey protein), shower, then have lunch. This has made a huge difference in taming my hunger. I love getting advice/tips from others struggling through similar issues.

Some may disagree with the way you or I decide to go about it, but I have learned not to rely SO heavily on others, experts or not. Instead, I rely on my own body, my own instincts, and just listen to what my body is telling me. Since everyone's different, there's no 'one size fits all' approach to this journey. I'm so glad you found out how to work your diet/routine to what suits your needs! Sometimes trying to get this all figured out for ourselves feels like a never-ending mathematical equation! :p

Get it girl....you've always been so inspiring! Thanks for sharing something that has worked, never know who else it may help!
