Giving Podrunner a 2nd try

I used Podrunner 2 years ago and made it to Week 11 - I was doing so well, and then hurt my upper thigh and it was all downhill from there. Since then, I've gotten a treadmill, but still don't feel the results or motivation I had during that time.

So today, on "Weigh-in-Wednesday", I'm starting Week 1. Hopefully I'll figure out how to do it this time without hurting myself!
