Critique my meal plan

Anyone with a few minutes care to take a peak at my diary and see what they think about my meals? I don't use the site everyday as I've gotten pretty good, I think, at this over the past 2 years, but my goals this year are to try to wittle away the last 2-3-4 pounds.
Since I don't have days consistently filled out, my workout schedule is usually:
M, W, F: p90x strength videos in the AM and some light treadmill (walking/jogging) for 20-30 minutes in the PM.
T, Th, Sat: A 10k training program in the AM and p90x Ab Ripper in the PM.
Sun: Rest/Stretch day.
My food choices don't vary much through the days. Breakfast, AM Snack, PM Snack are consistent. Lunch and Dinners are similar.. sometimes brown rice, sometimes a small baked potato, sometimes whole wheat pasta. I'm working on adding to my veggie repertoire, but that's slow going in finding a huge variety that I actually enjoy eating. Work in progress there. :-)
I've got my settings at 40/40/20 and I have a hard time coming up with ways to squeeze that last bit of protein in. I try to avoid protein powders mostly because I've yet to find one I enjoy the taste of.
Besides the packet of equal and bit of spread on my veggies (im working on it, I swear :-) ) Any thoughts on how to improve on this?

It looks like you're hitting your protein goal fine. Getting above 100g of protein a day is most easily done with red meat or pork, which you can add if necessary but you don't -need- 180g of protein. If you'd like to try a protein supplement I can try to recommend one that tastes decent.0
