I know you've all seen this kind of post before. It's the WOW! I can't-believe-that-I-did-this-post!

I started MFP last July/August wanting to lose 35lbs to be at a healthy BMI. Yep. I was 35lbs overweight :grumble:

BUT...

As of this morning, I have a healthy/normal BMI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am normal :laugh: lol

Now I want to lose 10-15 more lbs until I feel completely confident & toned & am able to meet my fitness goals...

So if anyone out there is wondering if they can do it, YOU CAN! If I can do this, ANYONE can. Honestly. Utilize MFP. Work hard. Don't cheat yourself. Love yourself no matter what your weight is!!!

    So proud of you!!!!! I love seeing when my MFP friends hit their goals, it motivates me even more to get to mine so I can post these pictures too! Now we've both got the last 10-15 lbs to lose together, we can do it!!!!
