    LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! Probably one of my best investments all year. I got a garmin 410 running watch with the hrm and it's amazing

    I have the Polar FT7 and I love it. At first I ws bummed to find that I was over estimating my calories before I had it, but now that I know what I am really burning it has helped a lot. And it really keeps me going in classes, to be able to glance at my heart rate and know I have to pick up the pace!

    Thanks ladies!! My hubby found me a new running app for my iPhone. It recaps pace and mileage for me at intervals I select, and allows access to my playlist from the app. Much better than the other one I was using. Anyway, they have linked it to the Wahoo HRM. Might just have to get one!
