Chicken with balsamic vinegar?

Hey everyone, havn't been on here for a while, and well, over christmas and all i let my diet go a bit!
Havn't weighed myself for aaaages, but new year new me!
Started eating properly again now and also bought a new xbox kinect, with the game "your shape:fitness evolved"...and it is absolutely great!!
Anyway on to the main question, just wondering if chargrilled chicken will go with balsamic vinegar? I have a thing for balsamic atm and really fancy chicken on a bed of rocket salad with roasted cherry tomatoes! But not sure if the vinegar will go nicely with chicken as i've only ever had it with salmon!?
