Working Out with a Headache

So I woke up with a headache this morning. I made sure to eat breakfast right away and take some Ibuprofen (I get occassional migraines :mad: )

I'm going to workout anyway to see if it goes away. I hate to miss a workout and mess up my training. Today is a Cardio day, so I'm going to try just using the recumbent bike to get the blood flowing.

    Honestly, much better :smile:

    For a little while after I started, my headache was pounding to my heartbeat, but the intensity of pain dropped significantly by probably 90%. It's still there, but barely :bigsmile:
