Just Started & 5lbs lost in 3 days

:smile: Hello, I just started on Sunday 1/9/11

I woke up this morning and got on the scale and I couldn't believe it, so far I have lost 5 lbs in 3 days, I was trying so hard to get under 220 and I am 219.5 which made me happy and now gave me even more incentive to stick with it. It's was always so hard to stay with any diet if after 5 days or so I didn't lose anything. Since I live alone, I HATE to cook, I have been eating smart ones, lean cuisines, healty choices for years and never really lost weight but now I have changed my whole strategy and it is finally working.

    Very nice, and congrats!!! I lost 4lbs per week for 2.5 weeks, but it slowed down significantly after that (started at 210). Most of what comes off first is water weight, so just enjoy it, but stick to it if the going gets tough. You can do it! :)

    Awesome! Water weight is still weight so be proud of it.
