the ups & downs of weigh loss

Yesterday, my energy was high, had a great day at the gym & exceeded my calorie limit. Today, I'm nursing a pulled muscle and the pain has taken away my apetite. Patience needed; I have to remember the importance of slow and permanent weight loss....

Sometimes it's hard not to overdo it! I know I have days I don't want to leave the gym...as funny as that sounds!
