We're going to Jamaica in April for a trip with my husbands work! He wants to lose 65 pounds and I just want to help support him and maybe meet a few people too!
I've been using my fitness pal ap for almost 2 weeks now and I love it! It makes it so easy to watch what you eat and to resist temptation!
I've started kickboxing too, what a great way to release stress!
Not really looking to LOSE weight but I want to tone up!
Any suggestions on good foods/exercises to do to help shape muscles??? Also to help recover them faster? After my hour long class I'm sore for 3 days!!!
