Not new, but back again!

I am an army wife eating for comfort since my husband left for deployment. I have already gained 5 lbs and needed to lose weight before the new gain. So, I am back here again, trying to hold myself accountable! I am joining the YMCA (free through the military) and hopefully, if I can add more exercise to my daily routine I will be able to transform myself into the healthy individual I want to be. I am doing the Warrior Dash in July for motivation. If I'm not in shape it will not happen!
