Food Craving

Ok, Im into my 3rd day of limited Calories, and fitness / exercise every night. What I am struggling with is that Im always hungry.
I have cut down my food intake to within the 1200 cals, but like this evening could eat double what I have just had for dinner.
Is it a physical thing that will get better or is it mental barrier to overcome?

Also has anyone great ideas for snaks or meals to fill you up :)
