LOL! I had posted this in the success story area...WHOOPS! I am used to the food threads being right below the general! HAHAA!

My new favorite snack or light breakfast is either:

2 Light Eggo Nutigrain Waffles: 140 cals, 3 g fat, 3 g fiber
1 TBSP Nutella: 95 cals, 6 g fat, 1 fiber
I make a litle sandwich out of the two wafffles and nutella

Or I spread 1 tbsp of Nutella on a Thomas Light Multi-Grain English Muffin - 100 cals, 1 g fat, 8 g fiber

Either way, they are both good sources of fiber, of course the english muffin has more.

Its SUCH a treat! I sometimes have it for dessert too, it's THAT good!
