Technically I am not overweight. But at a very young age I've wanted to model. I could've too but I broke my leg twice in a year and became depressed. I then started to show signs of compulsive overeating. It stopped, thank God but it left me 20 pounds heavier than I would like to be minimally. But upon receiving a smart phone this Christmas, I discovered the My Fitness Pal app. So now I know exactly how bad for you some foods are and now know not to eat them. I'm still a little young for this but I believe that the weight I gain every year is affecting my athletic ability. It's getting harder to outrun people and for the first season in years on my travel soccer team I was not lead scorer. Granted we only had three goals all season( Fail) and only one in-play off my assist, it still bothers me. So here I am, slightly dizzy and slightly lighter.
